Chuka is a wild-growing seaweed. It has a neutral taste and pleasant marine aroma without clearly expressed smell of iodine. This seafood is rich in it. A combination of seaweed and sesame seeds is considered traditional. This seaweed is mostly popular in Japan, and the second name of this seaweed is “hiyashi wakame”.
This overseas delicacy is very rich in nutrients. It contains a large number of minerals, such as iodine, vanadium, magnesium, iron, calcium, zinc, selenium, phosphorus, as well as potassium, copper, sodium, manganese. A whole set of vitamins: A, D, K, E, C, group B – thiamine and choline.
