Ingredients:



  • Boiled shrimps of SKADI brand  – 100 g

  • Marinated mussels of SKADI brand  – 100 g

  • Pasta with cuttlefish ink – 200 g

  • Cream – 250 ml

  • Parmesan – 30 g

  • Garlic – 2 cloves

  • Salt and spices to taste

  • Olive oil – for frying garlic

  • Fresh greens


Instructions


1. Start with spaghetti: use “black” – with cuttlefish ink (it matches better with seafood) and boil until al dente.


2. Meanwhile, cook seafood in a creamy sauce: heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add garlic, boiled shrimps and marinated mussels of SKADI brand, pour everything with cream and simmer for a few minutes.


3. Add the pasta directly to the cream and stir. Put spaghetti on a plate, seafood on top and sprinkle with Parmesan.
