Ingredients:
- smoked mackerel from TM SKADI — 1 pc
- eggs – 3 pcs
- potatoes – 5 pcs
- white onion – 1 pc
- dill and parsley – 1/3 bunch each
- mayonnaise – 150 g
- salt, pepper
Preparation:
- Boil potatoes and eggs, peel and cut into cubes.
- Chop the onion, pour boiling water over it for 10 minutes, then drain the water and add to the other components.
- Cut the fish and mix with other ingredients. Add greens, mayonnaise, seasonings and mix.
