1.Heat the oil in the saucepan with thick bottom. Sauté finely chopped onion and garlic to transparency.
2.Peel and chop the asparagus, leave a few top stems for decoration.
3.Add chopped asparagus to the saucepan with the onion and garlic. Roast lightly.
4.Then pour in boiling water so that the liquid only covers the asparagus. Simmer gently until the asparagus is ready. Then remove the pan from heat and blend asparagus until smooth.
5.Add cream in portions. Salt and pepper to taste.
6.Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add a clove of garlic, fry it a little to flavor the oil. Then add a handful of saved asparagus and cook until tender. When the asparagus is ready, add shrimps and fry them together for a minute.
P.S. If there are lovers of mussels among us, you can safely replace shrimps with mussels in this recipe. The taste will sparkle in a new way with mussels. Mussels in salt solution of Skadi brand work best for this recipe.
7.Serve the soup in deep bowls, top with the fried shrimps and asparagus.
